Grievance Redressal

Samajik Suvidha Sangam envisages social accountability at the grassroots where each citizen has a voice to demand and avail his/her rightful entitlements as central to its structural and functional architecture. To achieve this it incorporates a built-in system of feedback and grievance redressal at the Gender Resource Centre-Suvidha Kendras making it binding on each one of them to evolve and adopt a dynamic, transparent, quick and efficient loop for recording feedback and complaints redressal from the community. The Gender Resource Centre-Suvidha Kendra staff  are equipped to handle grievances effectively and sort issues at their level whenever possible. In case it is beyond the scope of their jurisdiction, the case is referred to the DC's office (through the District Mission Unit-District Resource Centre structure).
